Crowsnest is very proud of this work for United Farmers of Alberta Co-Operative Limited and C&B Advertising. This short brand film started with a great script from the amazing team at C&B Advertising and follows a farmer’s daily routine, shot on a cold day in February where the temperature dropped below -40 ºC. Winning awards is never a project goal—it’s the happy byproduct of doing memorable work and telling cinematic stories. Having said that, let’s celebrate this work, which to date, has won a 2020 Alberta Film & Television “Rosie” Award for Best Director – John Kerr, a Strategy Magazine / Strategy Online SILVER Marketing Award (TV Campaign – Small Budget 2020), 2 x AD RODEO (2020) ANVIL Awards (Broadcast TV / Cinema Single and Non-Broadcast Short Form) and 3 x CAMA (Canadian Agri-Marketing Association) Awards (2019) – Best Video, Best Pay-Per-Click Ads, and Best-Of-Show.
